Hugh Austin, Chief Executive Officer
For the past 30 years Mr. Austin has helped small publicly traded companies realize exponential growth. Prior to Valhalla Venture Group, Mr. Austin’s experience includes over 30 years of marketing, investment, and venture capital. In the last 10 years, Mr. Austin has been CEO of Imperial Consulting Network Inc., a financial communications company and investment firm specializing in microcap public companies. He was also Chief Operating Officer of Idea Alley, a boutique Long Island venture capital fund that invested in several internet start-ups focused on technology infrastructure and applications.
John Austin, Partner, Strategic Development
Prior to joining Valhalla Venture Group, John was Managing Director at Three Knights Capital, Inc. where he specialized in small cap investor relations as well as developing marketing strategies for public companies. Preceding his tenure at Three Knights Capital, John was a marketing analyst at Institutional Analyst Inc., an independent investment research firm where he became experienced in financial research, venture capital, institutional investing, private placements, private equity and corporate development.
Anthony Aliscio, Chief Financial Officer
Certified Public Accountant specializing in advanced equity transactions as well as providing finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. As former senior manager of Ernst & Young, Mr. Aliscio was responsible for preparing technical research position papers for a variety of national and global clients, including Cannon, Arrow Electronics, Westwood One, Trintion Media. Mr. Aliscio has over 30 years of entrepreneurial business experience in the small business arena as well as developmental stage entities. As a senior accountant at KPMG his clients included Cablevision, Computer Associates and Pall Corporation.
Ken Kopf, Senior Advisor
Mr. Kopf brings over 30 years of business experience, focused on technology and the advertising world. He has amassed a wealth of experience in services such as internet marketing, advertising, design, and sales. His expertise includes major Madison Avenue firms like Young and Rubicam, where Mr. Kopf spent ten years of his career. In 1980, he founded KZS Advertising, a full-service regional advertising and marketing firm with an exceptionally strong core competency in technology, media and marketing consulting. Throughout his career, Mr. Kopf was instrumental in developing and servicing such clients as Frito Lay, G.E., Eastern Airlines, NEC, Computer Associates, North Fork Bank, Cablevision/Lightpath and Philips Medical Systems, now Philips Healthcare.
